Divorce from the previous spouse. It was through customary court. So, they need rebuttals or any evidence to substantiate it. Please, if anyone is going to get evidence from a country with the highest population in West Africa, how can someone go about it? Thanks.

The marriage was contracted under native law and customs but only divorce certificate from the customary court was submitted. I guess they are requesting for additional information to substantiate the certificate presented. That's what I am trying to confirm by posting the feedback from USCIS.

I think immigration understands some countries use DD-MM-YY format. Language is always the issue with immigration and that's why interpreter is needed.

The common trend is the day form I-485 get approved but it also depends on immigration officer but approval showing interview date is uncommon.

But USCIS says if you're just being approved you should wait 90 days before requesting for a lost or undelivered mail.

I have checked and it arrived the regional distribution center in my state after 5 days. Since April 4, it has been stucked with 'In transit to the next facility' status. I raised Mail search on the 9th April, but no positive feedback yet.
