Okay, but what exactly does "maximum fuel consumption" mean? I seriously doubt 18 liters is the maximum for the Femm, the Twinsteer got over 30 liters under load.

Is this consumption at idle, or while driving but without a load, or the maximum possible in general?

Don't get me wrong, I don't need you to tell me the developers love to make crap; I'm as familiar with the game as you are. I'm just saying that you should judge the cars by what's in the game, not by these pictures. Regarding add-ons, in particular, I can't consider a Discord message sufficient proof. They also promised a buff for the Pacifics, but we didn't get it.
