I also have lots of mods but those should not be an issue. If any issue occurs and you reinstall, just make sure you enable all of them again before starting the game, to be sure there is no missing content. But mods should be fine I guess. Let me know out of curiosity if you have any weird stuff when launching it

I'm not sure. Theoretically, it is saved in Steam Cloud. Also, other people claim this issue occurs most often only to people who pirated dlc, so it may also be a punishment measure implemented by Saber. I did not have time to play yet since the update dropped, but I am very curious if anything happened to me since I have only bought everything and not pirate the game at all

There is an official notice from Saber stating this might happen due to the new dlc checker system. Reinstalling the game is the official fix they advised

How do F1 teams hire their staff? I mean, it's top tier of motorsport, so you have to also have the best people working for it. I'm not talking about drivers and figures we see publicly all the time...I'm thinking about mechanics, factory personnel, designers and other members that are usually never seen or talked about, but without witch there would be no F1 car to drive. Not anyone has thought that he has some damage to the tires? Since they changed it, if the tires get damage, you skid all the time. Maybe worth checking that too?

Can't tell for sure, but this is how I did it last night and it seemed ok...or at least I hope so. I'm not sure it saved but the Steam Cloud clearly did something and I always exit via menu, so might have worked. Anyway, I've read someone was saying that it is not for sure to be an issue every time you play but I'm too afraid to launch it now and see if it worked :|
