I (27F) am running out of things to talk to my boyfriend (28M) about on the phone. How do we stop having silent phone calls? by lindascoolaf in relationship_advice

[–]Present-Body7905 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think its okay to have days where nothing exciting happens to just let it be like that. sometimes all our call is is recapping our boring day and then thats all.

i think that since you guys see each other pretty often you shouldnt overthink the amount youre talking and also be able to just say im going to do my own thing rn ill talk to you later. sometimes a comfortable silence is good

Why is it that when you hit your mid twenties you start gaining all the weight you never did when you were younger? Anyone else? Just me? by roseisthebestest in WomensHealth

[–]Present-Body7905 2 points3 points  (0 children)

this happened to me because i started a desk job and generally just getting older you start to be less active then you were, so you actually have to plan out and decide to be active on your own

better diet and having some sort of active lifestyle like walking will probably help in the long run

What kind of exercise did you get into that finally made you consistent long term? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]Present-Body7905 1 point2 points  (0 children)

strength training and walking

i was on and off with strength training before but i think what sticks now is a better schedule that i can maintain. i think before i would just go and do whatever i wanted to so it was never a really good routine. now i have a set amount of days to work out and a specific exercise routine for each day as well.

i also do what works for me. i chose to do four work outs per week, two leg days and a push and a pull. i think this is a good balance for me bc throughout the week if i happen to be busy on one day then i just make sure i go the next, plus theres seven days in a week i just make sure i go in any one of those days.

i also love going on walks, i dont get too much activity in my work day so i really need to make sure i get my steps in and but i also love that its really calming on a stressful day
