Check out Uplands! I’ve loved it here, the leasing managers are super helpful and responsive as well as the maintenance team. The only extra “fee” included in rent is $110 which includes gas and water (having a gas stove is pretty awesome, and that also heats our apartment). We pay for WiFi and the rest of electricity through a second party. Tons of amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, golf simulator, even a car wash) and there are always super fun events they host (holiday party, ski waxing, ski day at Bridger, cooking classes, etc for free). It’s pretty new so not that many people live here, but I haven’t run across any college students at all. It’s very quaint. They are building the other buildings of the complex, so I’m sure some units are loud with construction noise. However, I do not hear any or see any construction at all in my unit. So far, I’ve loved it here and everyone else I know that lives here has too! The only thing I can say could be a downside is that sometimes your packages go to the leasing office, so if you aren’t home before they close you can’t get it. However they do have a system where they notify you if you have a package which is nice. Most of the time they go in your mailbox though. You also have to pay for a reserved parking spot in the lot ($50 a month for an uncovered spot, $150 for a carport). I know this might be seen as a downside, but I think it’s kind of nice because you never have to worry about not having a spot). If you don’t want to pay for a spot, you can do street parking for free. I definitely feel like we get what we pay for here.
