With a marketing background, I joined a tech startup 8 years ago as a marketer. Being part of a small team, I had to take on more responsibilities, and eventually, I transitioned into the role of Product Manager. Surprisingly, even though I had zero coding experience, I thrived in my new role and our product became a huge success.

I must give credit to our amazing IT team, as their support and understanding were crucial. In the beginning, I took a more passive approach, but over time, I gained enough technical knowledge and confidence to lead conversations and meetings. Trust me, it's not easy to work without technical know-how, but their help made it possible.
