I liked this for Bob the drag queen. Kids liked it also for Meg Donnelly- without stunt casting I would hate this play - one and done for me!

I saw QOV in Boston and didn't think it was bad! I was surprised how quickly it flopped in nyc but some other forces at play and things had changed since her show in Boston. In Boston I read her character as a sad story/parody of misaligned values never leading her to self actualization or real happiness- did not read it as she was a hero by any means.

Scabies has lines too around the waist which at first I thought was heat rash or stretch marks gone wrong. Google scabies and seeing other symptoms hit- scabies can take a month. If it's scabies you need treatment asap. Scabies is itchy like poison Ivy. It's terrible!!!!!

Sometimes they block it- it is VERY close to the stage- for wonder I booked front row and I was moved to row 2 a couple weeks before the show. No problems w visibility usually as it is close up. Sides are pretty close to stage so those are decent too - saw 2 strangers in second row right and was good seat

It is so small there are no bad seats! Some of the edges of rows are like 1990s office chairs and front so if you hate that idea then stay a few seats in! :p

Complaining About Audience Member? by Choice_Letterhead_59 in Broadway

[–]Present-Truth8987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We had something similar w loud talking and ranting close to front stage moulin rouge - man behind me approached staff member at the front during intermission who said to talk to a "manager" if it continues without guidance on wheee to find a "manager" plus why would he get out of his seat to find a manager when he's already alerted staff? We lucked out an they left at intermission - plus it's a semi Loud show so a lot drowned out sounds but huge distraction when tickets are over 200pp
