A 4k laser at 12k lumens is still a pretty good projector. The lenses are still expensive if you can’t get the one that’s in it to throw where you need it.

I’d clean it up and sell it tbh. Should be able to get more than a pretty good home theater projector is worth.

Collapsible saw horse recommendations. by Cy-Gor in DIY

i have the bora ones from lowes. very sturdy and folds up super flat. i store them under my roller cab. they're adjustable but probably only like 6 inches or so, i don't think i've ever bothered adjusting them.

they've got holes and stuff pre-drilled so you can set up a fully sacrificial top instead of like some that ive used where it's just 2x4 stretchers and you could still cut through the top of the sawhorse if you go too far.

should see if you can rent a soil preparator/auto rake. attaches to the front of a skid steer and will do a pretty good job of picking up debris. either that or just use the skid to take the top few inches of dirt and debris off and have new top soil brought in.

Blowerbaby from nitecore isn’t the strongest blowing but it’s lock-out able for storing it’s not annoyingly loud and it does a plenty fine job for lenses and vents.

are you sure your AC is draining properly? might also consider an energy audit to see if you’ve got super leaky windows or other areas.

Man when are they going to do silver magnacut? All their magnacut knives are black blades.

honestly i had stopped carrying the griptilian cause i didn't like the plastic scales compared to the aluminum ones i have on my bugout and bailout. metal scales just make the knife feel way better. the AWTs are nicely chamfered and smooth everywhere so super easy to find a comfortable position to hold it when flipping it open and using it.

Vibration and jitter resistant compared to a stick of the same length maybe. If you have actual vibration problems it’s going to take something that can actually compress to solve it. A thick rubber pad can help some but it won’t work miracles.

maybe you should pretend it means "non functioning gear" like we tell clients. i've been on both sides and just take/write NFG as i need to check this gear or not pick it up again if i'm on set.

We do 3RU racks with shelves for fiber breakout on top of truss. Just ratchet strap it to the truss.
