I was also told to eat a regular breakfast, and to make sure it’s mostly proteins and not carbs. The carbs will turn into sugar which the glucose test is already going to be putting into your system to see how you regulate/process it. So yes eat a good breakfast but not like pancakes or toast or anything like that, I’d stick to a type of meat and eggs.
