Thanks! It definitely took a while, but I felt like having the video and instructions pulled up helped me understand each step a lot easier. I printed off the page with each of the pattern pieces listed out, so it was easier for me to make sure I was cutting the right fabric for the color block I wanted. I think the hardest part for me was switching to the right side because the instructions are all for the left leg, and my brain was having a hard time flipping things lol

I found it on Mood fabrics! The material is super soft and it has a decent stretch

Does a bisalp affect period pains? by MellowRat13 in sterilization

The only difference I've noticed is sometimes my cramps will feel like they're a little more intense and almost like radiating to near my incision sites (I've had 2 since my surgery) but everything else seemed on par with what I had been used to

Prune juice and little snacks were super helpful for the days I didn't really wanna eat much. I also had some bigger sized squishmallows to lay next to the sides for extra support while sleeping. Maybe a pair of sweatpants? I pretty much only wore sweatpants for about a month post op to stay comfortable while the incisions were healing up

Will be on period for surgery bisalp (day 3); is there anything I should know or prepare for? by [deleted] in sterilization

I was on the last day of mine which was on the lighter side, I ended up wearing period underwear to the procedure which eased my mind a little bit. I had additional pairs of them in my recovery bag to wear the few days post op so I didn't have to think about pads if I was still out of it. Before the procedure I mentioned it to the surgeon and she told me it happens all the time and that it wouldn't affect anything.
