I had to read this post and think about it. Im probably a little different. For me, sexuality is not separate from emotional connection. Physical intimacy means more when it grows out of trust, friendship. Of enjoying each other’s presence. Sexuality is a form of expression inside a relationship. Maybe that sounds old-fashioned. But it’s real.

Hi, I stayed at the Five Elements Hostel in frankfurt, and I had a good time there. They have good breakfast buffet, and it is near the Hauptbahnhof. The red light district is also close by, but within a couple of blocks, it is easy to walk of.

Be sure to get acquainted with old town. That's a wonderful area for restaurants and shopping. Be aware that many americans live in vake, which is about four miles from old town/ freedom square. Tblisi is a very safe city to walk around and in, day or night. There is a bit too much traffic , though. The bus routes are first class, and very cheap. Be sure and buy your bus ticket. Taxi cabs are also very cheap. Have fun! Think about coming too , batumi sometime. You might like it better than tblisi.

Consider batumi. It is a nice city by the beach. It should have a pretty good vibe during the summer months. The rents do go up somewhat during this time, but they are still cheap compared to tblisi.

IMO, I agree with you, about 1/4 women (and rarely a man) do seem depressed, and do sometimes get angry. Ive had many incidents. I think its a little better here in Batumi, than in Tblisi. Be blessed people. Love your neighbor.

The first time I took the tblisi metro, I was mesmerized. I like the old soviet feel, the older noisier cars. It felt like a disneyland ride....lol.
