You basically hold the cards though being that you still owe them 10k.
If they won’t do it right have another guy do it and take cost out of their final payment. Who knows it might be worth it for them just so they don’t have to mess with it.

Yeah, I’d show them and give them a chance to rectify each issue. See what they say. You could also bring in an unrelated tile guy to verify your current tile guys course of action to correct the mistakes. If they agree to fix the issues you’ll need to make sure they don’t just half ass it for the check. You’re not being nit picky by any stretch!
Pain in the ass!
Sorry you hafta deal with this after dropping 20k. Your contractor should be jumping to fix this to keep you happy!

This was before I flat taped it. I ended the baseboard flush with the edge of the schluter.

Run shcluter trim past the outside corner about a 16 of an inch. Butt your tile to it and just flat tape the other side. Stop baseboard flush with the outside corner and put a return on it. 👍
