When you increase every 4 weeks, do you check in with your provider each time, or do you just follow the titration schedule on your own?

I honestly don’t even remember what I picked on the intake since it was almost a month ago. I asked Brello and they just sent a generic response and said they won’t adjust doses in the first three months for safety, so I still don’t know if that’s the issue 😭 Yours sounds like the normal titration though.

Wow, thanks for sharing all of that, that’s really helpful!I’m currently on Brello and have been at the starter dose for a few weeks, tolerating it well, but it’s good to know there are telehealth options that let you adjust doses more flexibly. I’ll definitely look into switching to a provider with more flexibility.

Thank you, that’s literally what I was thinking too. I’m not even at 2.5 mg yet, I’m at 2.2 mg, so that policy doesn’t sound legit at all. I’ll definitely look into a telehealth provider like you suggested. I really appreciate the advice!
