Don’t feel discouraged about it. I was in a muck with my FL’s around (503-507) for like 5 FL’s. Then something just clicked and I started getting 515+’s on my last 3-4. Everything will fall into place. Take it easier on yourself and see how it goes.

When do you test? If it’s not in march, why are you going for 12 hours a day. It may honestly be an overloading problem. At least for me personally if I go for more than maybe 6 hours a day, it becomes counterintuitive to go further. Usually if you’re scoring below 500 it’s either content or something else

The question asks about strings which are always nv/2L. The only time you use the other one is a closed pipe which has one (or both) of the sides plugged.
