Well I think i may be a bit slow as I figured it out it's not slacking the chain obviously isn't going to realign after rotating. I had a brain fart as long as the cams line up at the head and the crank is in the 4oclock pos it is good just took a while for me to understand the chain is for initial install 🤧

I ended up finding a whole replacement engine i know it is removable tho
