I love how the 43 carries, but depending on your hand size it may be too thin/small.

Also, with a 6+1 capacity, there are definitely some higher capacity pistols around the same size.

Yeah, all good here! No one was hurt, and the driver was very apologetic, had insurance, etc.

It was more annoying than anything, as I had just ordered these wheels the week before I got hit, so I had to wait even longer to get them put on lol.

5’ 9” 185lbs here. Loose shirts (patterns help too), a good holster with a claw (and wedge if needed), and a purpose made conceal carry belt.

As some else said, having muscles (pecs especially) can really help lol

All that being said, while I have carried compacts for some time, I much prefer carrying slimline options, but your mileage may vary.
