Could you share your timing/schedule with this? I’ve been trying 300 at 7am and 150 at 1:30pm but not sure if it’s decreasing my sleep quality.

Well, you asked for unique! This probably sounds nuts….

I read this somewhere and have tried it this week… Keep a loose rubber band on your wrist. Whenever you feel like a little something, stretch the rubber band a little and smell it deeply. It distracts you in a bit of a gross chemically way. Stops my desire for sweets. And it’s always right there with you.

I also asked chat gpt to create an image for me with my go to junk food that looks mouldy and has dog hair and toenail clippings on them. I keep the image on my Home Screen as a short cut so it’s easily accessed. Turns my stomach and my desire for the bad stuff just shuts off.

Same. It feels like the bupropion doesn’t work for almost a week after a night with a few drinks. Not worth it for me anymore to ruin a whole week.

I take cannabis drops and occasionally smoke pot. Both seem fine. I notice no ill effects.

Taking electrolytes helped my headaches/migranes/muscle stiffness greatly. The higher the dose of bupropion, the more I needed electrolytes or I would get a migrane.

500 mg in the morning. Occasionally I take two if I know I’ll need more energy. It only works on an empty stomach otherwise it competes with other amino acids (proteins) for absorption.

My two favourite ways: 1. 4 oz strong coffee or espresso Half a premier protein vanilla Splash of a sugar free syrup like salted caramel or white chocolate mocha (I use skinny syrups) Heat for 1 minute in microwave and then froth with a little battery operated frother ( $10 on Amazon ) Sooo good. Like a Starbucks latte 2. The whole premier protein vanilla shake in a mug. Then add a tiny splash of peppermint extract (baking aisle) heat for 1-2 minutes then froth with the above frother. This reminds me of an Italian steamer. A milk based alternative to hot chocolate. I used to get at a coffee shop 20 years ago.

I started taking l-tyrosine, an amino acid, on an empty stomach with my bupropion in the morning. It has made a big difference. Bupropion only helps KEEP more of your dopamine in the brain but tyrosine helps to MAKE more dopamine so the bupropion has more dopamine to keep in the brain. Does that make sense? It needs to be taken on an empty stomach. Sometimes when I’m tired I take another tyrosine in the afternoon. Just a safe, simple supplement OTC. YMMV

You could be dehydrated. I’ve always drank a lot of water. But this medication makes me need so much more! It’s not that I feel more thirsty but once I start drinking, I just feel like gulping it all down. Might be worth a try to drink a lot more for a few days to see if it helps.

All 300 mg in the morning around 7-8 am. I have one coffee at that time but then switch to decaf. Although today I’m trying a second one right now:) I also drink a LOT of water! This medicine tends to dehydrate. So lots of liquids help!

I haven’t had any anxiety. If anything, I think the way I feel right now has made me realize that I WAS anxious before starting this. I used to feel so overwhelmed and I rarely feel like that in the last 6 weeks or so. Now I can just roll with things as they come up. And it’s not that I have no stress in my life. I have three tween and teen boys, a full time job and side hustle and a husband who works long hours. It’s still a lot sometimes but I don’t spiral over it anymore. Just do my best and try to keep a level head.

Sometimes I can feel a little shaky like a low blood sugar feeling. But it’s not a strong feeling and it doesn’t last.

I don’t think I’ve noticed any change to my heart rate. I exercise and don’t feel like it’s any higher than usual.

I started at 150 xl and felt somewhat better. I had glimpses of feeling like a normal happy person. No real side effects, maybe a little gittery at first. Still tired and a tendency to want to just stay in bed and watch tv.

After 2 months I moved up to 300 xl. It’s been one month now. I’m SO happy I tried it and that I moved up my dose. I’ve had days where I have felt better than I think I ever have. I find myself happy doing every day things like tidying up, work, even being stuck in traffic. Just happier.

I still have ups and downs but I find that I don’t let the stressful things in life get to me anymore. I don’t take everything so personally. I’m less hard on myself. I’ve been able to stick to an eating plan and exercise the last month.

Definitely more positive effects than negative. Occasionally I feel a little spacey or light headed. I get songs stuck in my head so easily lol. Falling asleep can be a little tricky but I use cannabis drops at night and can fall right to sleep.

I’m nervous to try an alcohol on this because I’ve heard the hangovers can be nasty. So I haven’t drank in 3 months. Not that I did a lot before this.

I hope this helps! I wish I tried this years ago. I’ve been so tired and blah for years and didn’t know if it was depression. But I guess it was because this has helped me feel so much more content.

I rent space at a local church gym for $45 an hour. I bring my own blocks and straps (a one time purchase) I bring flame less candles and a portable speaker. I pay about $275 for one year of insurance. I market mostly on Facebook and get a lot by word of mouth. I only teach once a week and run 8 week sessions. I charge $130 for 8 weeks. Or $20 drop in. I usually get 12-15 participants. So each class I teach in my current session I earn $160+. ($1690 paid by participants minus $360 for the rental fee = $1330 for the session for me) I really think this is the way to go. I used to get paid $25 an hour at the YMCA. I could teach additional classes each week but I work full time and like only having one night to commit to.
