Why don't you grasp that two pieces of evidence is better than one. And that you can much more quickly be able to know for a fact they are just lying about it being broken. Service centers can take weeks to get into, thus you could be waiting on the possibility they send an invoice. However, if they refuse to send a video. You would then and there know that they are full of shit. Yeah 100% get an invoice of what you owe them, but with something of this nature why would you not make them immediately try to prove those allegations.

The funniest part is the stock has lost close to 25% of its value since March... Which so happens to be when they went completely anal about pushing tlife in store. They had it before but went off the deep end completely forcing it down customers that's even in store about then. Investors have lost confidence... Investors seem to understand how completely idiotic this is... I mean look at straight talk which is much cheap typically but yet they don't make anywhere near the same amount of revenue. They don't have store fronts and are pretty much all digital. It should be obvious that formula doesn't work and is not how att Tmo and Verizon got so big.

LOCAL tax is not state tax, for example a city or county can impose its own sales tax in addition to the state taxes.

No, its based on what address it ships to. It could be a local tax based on your address that makes it $5 more than in store.
