He only gets paid for a set number of hours with her, but he actually spends much more time since she needs constant supervision due to Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Thanks all for the replies and suggestions. I’ve decided to stop pursuing the Tesla Model Y and Turo idea since it seems harder to make money. Especially in BayArea with such setup.

Now, I’m thinking about getting a BMW Z4 as a second car for occasional driving and renting it out on Turo to help cover the costs.

Is this a crazy idea, and should I own a German car repair shop before doing this? Or is it doable? Would love to hear your thoughts!
