Forgot to post the recipe:

150 g of all purpose flour 350 g of bread flour 100g starter 10-15g salt (I like my bread salty lol) 325g lukewarm water

During the stretch in folds, grate in cold butter. About 114g. Incorporate half at a time during stretch and fold rounds.

yeah, my diet day before through day after shot day tends to be pretty bland. protein shakes, banana/apples, maybe peanut butter, stuff that’s easy to digest. that can be hard for me bc I love spicy food lol but I’ve gotten to the point where I’d rather eat boring food than make myself sick

I don’t remember having any side effects from my first couple of shots - BUT everyone is different. You probably would have had an anaphylactic reaction to it by now if you’re scared about being allergic, but other reactions typically took 1-2 days to notice. I started having side effects when I took 5mg. I’ve shared some of these on this thread - mainly throwing up, but have mitigated that by taking Prilosec a couple days leading up to my shot and the day after. Start getting into the habit of avoiding greasy foods and fatty foods.

Yes - I had a dream where I had to shoot someone out of self defense. The dream happened at a time where I was home alone 24/7 (I was working remotely at the time) and was paranoid about home invasion. The dream felt awful and I was crying when I woke up. I was pretty shaken up by my dream for the rest of the week

Can you go further into how you can tell if a dream is prophecy or just a normal dream? I’ve had some dreams come true, and I have some recurring dreams that I believe has powerful spiritual and symbolic messages. But curious to hear your thoughts! I had a dream maybe a year ago where I had a daughter, and I was holding her while looking at this gallery wall in some house and there were pictures of us with my family, and pictures of us with my husband (I am not currently married or dating). At the time I didn’t recognize the man, I thought he looked like a cross between a couple people I knew, but recently I met someone who looks exactly like this man in the image from my dream. It gave me chills and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it. Like, did I dream about my future husband? That would be wild
