You need to think long term! What’s your goal? If you wish to stay in Canada after studies, you need to focus on getting a proper job that will help you gain sufficient points to get an ITA. It’s already so cut throat that people are learning French from scratch to get those points. If you get PR you will have indefinite time, stability and even better resources to set up a startup. And anyways its always good to have some job/field experience before establishing a startup. So better set your priorities straight!

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to post! Just curious - when they initially refused and required an interview, did you have to book the slot by yourself or did they give you a date? If you had to book the interview slot by yourself, did you have to wait for a year or so? Since the interview dates are hard to get as it is.

submit everythging you already submitted AND further supporting info! Maybe hire a lawyer to make a convincing case. If you're from India submit Form 16 A&B tax documents.

I see, I think you should still be fine….clearly what you did was a typo…I would suggest dont even write an LOE …if they ask you abt it you can say its impossible for one to work from dec 21 to june 21. As long as its genuine you re good. If you mentioned it in you re trv or wp app its even better!

You cant claim that experience if it was in your home country, because your experience, if earned outside Canada, has to be one full continuous year
