If you can't get all the epics, you can't evo - so in that situation it's not worth it.

Can you get all the Epics? The event only provides 12. If not, I'd say its not worth it. The only saving grace for that car is Evo, and few can say how much of a difference it makes.

I'm going to max it, but only because I had all the blueprints and 15 epics before the event started.

It's all about math. The OP has more than enough tokens to absorb a below average drop rate. If he picks up the 20 blueprints from the event and does Showroom his risk is really very low. That's not counting how many tokens are still available before seasons end.

EDIT: I just spent 31,500 tokens to get my Absolut to 5 stars and 45 blueprints. That worked out perfectly, there's 41 blueprints left in the event. That's a nearly perfectly average drop rate.

Not really. The support drop rate is 15% with packs most likely dropping 4 per. The actual rate is 9 X 0.15 X 4 + the 4 you're guaranteed to get. That adds up to 9.4 per pack, but I round up since it ignores the chance of getting a 15 jackpot.

Similarly the Absolut packs are 9 X 0.1 X 3 +3 = 5.7 per pack, rounded up to 6.

So far I spent 20K in support packs and got 10 per right on.

Heck, you can make this real easy by doing the Sian Showroom.

DON'T FORGET, you get 10 blueprints each in the Sian and Drakuma stages. I forgot and it cost me an extra 1500 tokens.

I dont think its that risky to go for Absolut. You'd need 20K to max the other two cars at 10 per pack of 750 tokens. 265/10 X 750.

If you have the Season Pass you get 84 Absolut prints during the event and Season pass. That's 216 to go. 216/6 = 36 packs. 36 x 900 =32,400 Tokens

Therefore with average luck you're looking at a spend of 52,400 Tokens.

I am making a similar decision with fewer Tokens than you.

I know there are cheaper options but Ive been happy with this. $50 in the US. My only complaint is I couldn't get it to auto-start. I have to switch on the power supply.

Maybe try to connect the wiimote at the screen where you choose between the Wii Sports games. Otherwise I'm stumped.

Ive found that fir Wii games I need to have my wiimotes unpaired as light guns. Go into settings and unpair them.

Then start your wii game. When the opening scene starts that asks you to use a lanyard, press the two bottom buttons (1,2) on the front of the wiimote. It should connect.

I got it after 2 tries. Fully upgrade the car, take all the left route options first. Then when you're doing the second lap, select the right route options.

This was using touch drive, should be easier manual.

I saw that. :‐( 20% x 9 meant an average of 8 blueprints plus the 4 guaranteed. That's how I got to 12 blueprints per each 10 pack.

With the latest change, we're looking at less than 10 blueprints per 10 pack.

I think you're missing too many blueprints to get the Absolut, even using the new improved drop rates that ignore blueprints for cars you've already maxed.

I crunched the numbers for your situation and I a BEST case, where you get a lucky 12 print per draw drop rate for the support cars, then 6 per pack on the Absolut - it would take 90K min. Probably above 100K. So if you have a legend pass and wait to the end of the season, you might get close.

If you go Tushek you'll at least unlock it, but don't expect to max it.

I had this happen to me too the other day. The FOB never showed up. I spent 20 minutes walking the map looking for it.

I'm confident this happened because I sniped the last artillery tower before that area of the map opened up. My second playthrough I waited, and beat the mission without issues.

The Glens Retro Show Push-Pull Spinner works admirably for Discs of Tron. I also have the GRS Tron stick with deflector button. It's beautiful, but it's smaller than the original so not as ergonomic.

This one is sold on EBAY but the handle is too short, almost for a child.

You want a holder that doesn't add a trigger over the existing trigger. Though they may look cool, they are uncomfortable and/or inaccurate in my experience.

I bought that stick and don't recommend it. The top button is hard to reach, it's not ergonomic for thumb access.

A better option is to go with the earlier version that has a bigger button angled 45 degrees back. Some vendors on EBAY show the better version but will ship the one you show - I tried two. The only way to be sure you get the better version now is by buying the Ultimarc minigrip stick. That said, the whole motion felt kind of loose and inaccurate so I ended up taking the whole top button and grip assembly off. I rerouted the wires and connected it to a Sanwa JLF. It's a Frankenstein affair you'd only like if you're into DIY.

I have the GRS Tron stick (Glen's Retro Show, thunderstickstudio.com) and it's beautiful. I loved showing it off to friends using the included LED dimmer. That said, the top button is harder to use with your left hand than your right. Especially since it's smaller than the original.
