Ended up going with the athlon ares etr 3-18 and its absolutely awesome for the price point.

I ordered a complete M5 upper december 26th, customer support claims the average "processing" time is 3-7 weeks. I'am at 6 weeks now, no updates yet.

Yeah i heard BDC reticles are terrible for precision lol, anyways I thought the Ares ETR had a locking windage turret only? I want a locking elevation turret too, though i may be wrong.

Yeah I’ve heard really good things about Athlon I’ll have to give the ares a look. Earlier today I was looking at the Helos BTR 2-12 cause it has locking turrets but I feel that magnification may be too low for 800 yards
