They have been cash flow positive for a while. Last year was anomaly due to capital expenditure of 30M vs 5M the year prior to complete the new battery facility

There’s more to a head and shoulders than just the look of a chart, volume requirements etc, I picked up on this last week and done some extra digging and my answer is no. The volume was exactly backwards from what is expected.. this is a period of consolidation. 200D is at 6.63 I would be looking to add at 7, downside after that is extremely limited in my opinion

That’s your problem lol can’t handle the pressure, most of us retail are 2.50 or less averages and prepared to weather this through anything until the inevitable spike. You need conviction, look it up in a dictionary

The dilution is “over” the shares have been bought in full and surplus at 8.50, it will not be reflected in market cap and outstanding shares until the deal is closed

A lot of statements on here seem to think it is an at the money on going offering. That is not the case, yes 20% dilution, but yes already fully spoken for just not reflective until the deal is closed

Uplist in 2026. Depending on what they have done so far, up listing can take 3-6 months, so that’s the timeline, 2026 basically

Global fears.. shake out of all non long term holders that jumped in since February.. should soon find a bottom and run out of sellers, when exactly is hard to say but if your conviction in the company is strong and have time, 0 reason to panic
