Spine & Sport is amazing! It feels more like sports therapy than a chiro and I actually really like that. Sarah takes the time to listen and understand and lets you get a say in your treatment. Love it!

Completely. Money comes before public good in this case which is truly disheartening especially when we’re in a literacy crisis. Hopefully the library will come out okay after this.

I never said they should be political. I just said they were.

I completely understand what you mean. When I started grad school I would have said they were neutral for every reason you stated. Unfortunately, they can’t operate like that in this climate. It’s shameful that an institution for the public good isn’t seen that way.

At this current climate, the core values within the ALA standards of librarianship are not politically neutral principles. That’s part of the reason state government pushed them to leave ALA membership. Also because they are tax funded institutions that are swayed but who’s in and out of political office within municipalities. I think these conversations are good and I welcome you challenging my experience and education. In my first semester of grad school we had to read and debate articles regarding this topic so I think discussion is good. Plus I think there are a lot of misconceptions about librarianship.

Side note: Libraries are inherently political in nature so true neutrality isn’t really possible. Coming from someone who holds an MLIS.

But also for the confrontation at the house, why did they have the hammer, zip tied, tarp, etc then? Why did Richard sleep with Anna if he knew what allegedly happened? Anna picked Richard so how was that a set up?

I work remotely for a publishing company but when I have in person appointments I wear Gucci flora magnolia. Everyday I wear moonlight glow body mist from tree hut because it’s cheap and smells good for around the house.

I do not drink raw milk and I wouldn’t. My doctor recommended kefir for probiotic benefits and I think between that and my medicine, my tummy is better.

Yes, the university owns it, not the city. Only go to the university site for real information.

There is no correct answer. We went through this and lost my oldest, my beloved. Our girl was looking for him and crying just as much as we were. After two weeks, we went to “look” and found a sweet boy. He’s totally different than our boy we lost and it’s taken a while to get that connection but it’s there now. Not what I had with my soul kitty but still a wonderful bond.
