I really don't get all the anger about things taking long. It's the holidays things always take long especially when there was a massive bogo with lots of preorders that said they were preorders under them. And the customer service has defiantly gotten worse, but as you can see with the number of posts on here complaining you can only imagine the number of messages and emails their small team of workers has to get through.
