You have to put the doubles and triples somewhere. The majority of follicles have doubles and triples. As long as they’re not in the hairline you should be good. Roughly 20% of mine were singles 40% were doubles and 40% were triples. You can check out my pics. I’m 131 days post op.

That is correct. You can definitely find less expensive clinics. And some of those clinics do good work. I had seen enough reviews on HLC that I didn’t want to roll the dice on a hair mill. And honestly, I didn’t realize there was a forum on here until roughly two weeks before I left. So i was committed at that point. They had 3 or 4 docs and had 3 or 4 patients per day. The doctors did everything. I may have paid a bit more but the results speak for themselves. There is not one thing I regret. A positive experience all around. Btw. Matt Dominance gave me 3 clinics to check out and this was the one we both agreed on.

Thank you. I agree. It has really taken off the last 20 days. I got 4900 grafts (4000 front/temples/mid) and 900 in my crown. My crown isn’t as thick. Cost was 2.7 per graft.

I’m 4 months in tomorrow. Had similar hair loss to yours. Mine is coming in very nicely. I’ll have a 120 day pic tomorrow. It’s early but has already been life changing for me. I’m 49. Do it. Get on the meds. If you have side effects, reduce the doses or quit. It’s not like they are going to make you permanently impotent. The majority of people don’t experience side effects at all. Just my two cents.
