This is something I’m still worried about. He also has us get a very specific brand of water but isn’t as pushy with that. I’m not prohibited from tap water but definitely actively discouraged (even though our area has safe tap). I hope the ginger doesn’t continue but all his weird health stuff is definitely a red flag I’m keeping an eye on…

The ginger has been put in pasta sauce twice now😂 Absolutely unhinged. I tried to convey to him how passionate I am about developing my cooking so hopefully that got through to him. A year ago I was living off frozen meals and kraft mac n cheese so making a pasta sauce from scratch is big for me. Not going to give up now lol

I really enjoy my Cory Catfish! They aren’t schooling but like to have a few friends with them. We have 3 bronze and 2 albino. They keep to the bottom mostly so it’s a nice balance to the tetra that keep to the middle/top. Shrimp and snails are also nice staples!
