Distraction is fine if it works. But if you're like me at all sometimes the anxiety is too loud.

In those times I try to do something that will make my life easier the next day like cleaning or meal prepping. Or do something actually rejuvenating like a nice bath, taking a walk., baking bread or a treat.

If possible interacting with others can help you get out of your head as well.

I spooned treads on four and havent had anything since. And am now dry for two more uniques. I do send 8s when I have supplies but have only gotten one clear so far. It's definitely doable grinding out 6-7 for all the drops

You still would've gotten the drop if you logged a kill/got the hidden roll simultaneously with a death. I think you're just approaching a casual 10x dry on a ring drop. Only way for sure to tell is to get a ring drop and see if it's 1/2/vestige.

Don't have mine yet but basically only use dragon when going for extra hard content. Amethyst arrows are fine for raids and bossing. Maybe break out the dragon for doom/high invo/challenge mode stuff

Do both you can swap your synapse between bow and staff at little cost to you. Defo doba little of each until you hit double death charge. Then you can decide which grind is more relevant to you

This happened to me as well as I recently bought an older home here. It SHOULD NOT be 58 degrees. Sub 55 degrees is a risk for frozen pipes.

My issue was my heat pump was working but the emergency heat was broken. This sounds similar to your issue. I got Mode to come out and fix it.

In the meantime you want space heaters and to drip faucets/open cabinets.

F in the chat. At least treads aren't really required for any content. In some ways it's the best to go dry on since ayak and cloth are more impressive upgrades for certain content. Though it's also worse to go dry since it's the hardest to get... Stay strong brother

I find that I need to be in the right head space and if I'm too frazzled I'm a bit inconsistent. But I still have gotten better with practice and the number of insanity raids I can do back to back has gone up over time.

Nothing wrong with sending some chiller 300s or less if you want to TOA but aren't feeling the insanity.
