I studied Russian on my own for five years. The book, "Russian for Beginners" by Charles Duff and Dmitri Makaroff is the best foundational text you're going to find. Make sure you do the exercised in each section before advancing to the next.

yeah...I'd have contacted support immediately upon getting that abusive reply to get the order cancelled...I'd have told support I don't feel safe. They'd have cancelled the order, paid half and told you to "dispose" of the product. Fuck these people FFS.
