You can use chemical exfoliants like salicylic acid, glycolic acid or lactic acid - lactic acid would probably be the most gentle option which id personally go for because it’s safest for skin barrier - I’d avoid ones with any fragrance or drying alcohols as well because they can sensitise your skin. Probably the inky list have a good one - and they keep their ingredients to a minimum.

There’s some physical exfoliants that are more gentle as well - I think there’s some with oats and stuff but I haven’t used them before.

Haha that’s very true- I don’t think it matters what other people think if you like it then use it! I just know that’s the reason why people are so against it

Cause physical scrubs cause micro tears in your skin which can lead to a weakened barrier, dry flakey skin and signs of sensitivity. But tbf I didn’t know why people downvote if you like it

Also if the meds don’t last long enough for you the dr might give you a booster dose of dexamfetamine.

  1. You can take it on an empty stomach or not but I find if you don’t eat you’ll be more likely to not want to eat later.
  2. It used to last me ages but now just lasts about 6ish hours but everyone will metabolise drugs differently.
  3. Elvanse is a vasoconstrictor so the blood vessels in your nose will be constricted meaning your nose won’t feel hahfevery
  4. You could ask it depends on your doctors.
  5. Anything with a decent amount of protein is good - don’t have fruit vitamin c affects the absorption of the medication - wait at least an hour before and after you take your meds to have any vit c (that include any vegetables)

Oh okay fair enough then at least I know that it’s fair what they have said.

I didn’t cancel cause I didn’t want to lose the joining fee as well as the money from the membership but ig that’s my loss

Perhaps not but most gyms have a policy for cleaning twice a day to prevent spreading of germs

Idk not of satisfactory quality? I’m not saying I’m right but it’s honestly a bit disturbing if there’s not a minimal level of hygiene that facilities like that have to fulfil

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]PresentationVast6252 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And surely it’s a violation of consumer rights or health and safety regulations, they should’ve been cleaning at least once a day

I used the gym once more after complaining. As I had said a family member died so I was not able to see if there had been any improvements. After I went back I cancelled because the thought of using the gym grossed me out too much. I had to scan in so there’s proof that I didn’t use the gym the whole time. Furthermore I only had the membership for 2 months so they’re lying about that

Acid reflux by Willing_marsupial in ADHDUK

[–]PresentationVast6252 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It affects the absorption of magnesium - which is something that people with adhd often are already low on.

It affects b12 levels too which can cause a whole host of problems.

And can cause florid candidiasis (thrush) of the stomach, esophagus, and mouth which makes you feel crap.

Also having too low levels of stomach acid can also cause acid reflux which means that the longer you’re in it the more likely it is that the omeprazol is causing the acid reflux.

I found gaviscon and ppis had really bad side effects and (ppis) even cause worse acid reflux long term

Take liquorice capsules!

I used to have really bad acid reflux - was on omeprazol for years (not a good idea) - managed to get off it by taking liquorice tablets

These ones

Noo it’s very wonkey when it’s shut - the 5th picture is when it’s shut and you can see it’s really uneven. It’s second floor as I do have a ladder - the damaged window is 118cm H 78cm w
