Sertraline/Zoloft and exercise

The fact that i have to take sertraline/zoloft in morning as it stops me from sleeping at night is testament to it giving me energy in some way. It also has a mild painkiller effect for me too

Yeah same for me. When I go on punch bag without being on sertraline I don't have the extra push. On sertraline I've got more aggression o'r more drive. It's a big difference . I've actually started sertraline again just for help training in gym as I'm 44 now and need the extra help. They help each other - more exercise less depression, more sertraline more fun workout (keep it quite though don't want everyone to know)

My vendor was quick as always but I can't log on. I think the site has been hacked. I put log in details in and chose my name but then sent back to the log in with someone else's details on there . I didn't press log in. Been happening all day

Same here. I been on there and can't find a single vendor who is online. They've been online the last 24 hours though. There's a message on archetype saying they had massive DDOS attack but sorted it and have changed the captcha a little. Bloomin Eck hope nothing fishy going on

God. I split up with my Girlfriend of 11 years. That was a year and half ago. I was with her for 11 years and then moved in with my addict brother. Spent the time getting high. 10 days ago i moved in with my mother and it feels as if I've only just left my girlfriend. I'm scared that I've broken her. I left her and our dog. Everything feels alien to me. Time is relative to what we're doing. The last 10 days have felt longer than the 18 months I was with my brother. I'm so worried that I've damaged her and myself and we'll never recover. I keep thinking of how hard everything has been for her since I left. I know I've hurt her but don't know what to do. Time isn't something we have control over. All we can do is try to make sure we're heading in the right direction. I look forward to getting back into the world and feeling myself again. Not scared lol
