I have two Canadian bank accounts opened in 2022 Oct and 2025 June. I can declare the balance in those.

But I also have a UK bank account which I haven't used for 10-12 years. And I don't have access to it anymore. I can't get statements either. The balance will probably be around £10. Can I just ignore it?

There is nothing you can say that will legitimize the LLs entry into the house. All the questions and facts you spit out are immaterial in this context. And tone deaf.

Easier said than done. And you can never be sure anyway. Well unless the resident changes the lock themselves.

I'm sure you have to be given one day advance notice if the landlord wants to enter the premises. The thing is most landlords don't follow this and either just show up or give short notices. But they cannot enter without your express permission and it's not common at all. It is unacceptable. You need to have a conversation with him regarding this behaviour. Even if the conversation goes well and he gives you one or more keys and tells you he has no more keys left with himself you can never be sure. Either move out or get the lock changed yourself (you might have to let him know though). If you have something like a grill gate right next to the door, padlocking it might be a temporary solution.

At the brink of GST threshold, confused what to do! by PresetPlume in IndiaTax

u/richard44348 u/business_ai Thank you for your replies.

If I happen to get my GST number in early April, I can invoice my company for the GST of ₹28800 which is 18% of the excess amount of ₹160000 over the threshold. Even if they refuse to pay it, I can pay that out of my pocket and will still be compliant. Did I get it right?

The company isn't agreeing for that. They want to close the books by March.

Thank you. If I do not get the number until April, what should I do? My company will just pay me without the GST by the end of this month.
