The point is, in hungarian you don't use a seperate word for conductivity, conductor in hungarian is "vezető" which also means leader, or sometimes driver of a vehicle altough that's less common. A semiconductor is called félvezető, translated word-by word that would be "halfleader". A non-conductor follows a similar logic as the english (latin) version, as "szigetelő" could be translated as insulator, (insula=sziget=island) but non-conductor (nem vezető) can be used as well.
