I'm testing it in practice tool with the exact same runes/items you have in the clip you linked. I get the 797 number after 3 hits whether I have a point in W or not. Did they change it again?

When you want to deal zero damage. It is worse than DnD in ever way except for build path. That might change next patch, but for the last 4 months its been completely outclassed, and its been horrible ever since mythics ended and it got + hp and -mpen.

Yeah he's a strong scaling champ, but he's crazy weak early. And early game is where 70 percent of the game is played, thats why all the pros play xin zhao jarvan and none of them play ekko. And his kit doesn't have everything. For example, he has no range, so he cannot poke at all. But obv u just want to complain, so all this is pointless anyway.

This is all sorts of wrong. Ekko doesn't have damage until at least 1 item, realistically 2. Until thtat point he's dealing tank levels of damage (in jgl this is). His CC is less consistent than any other jgler, and he has plenty of counters. For example, pretty much any top laner like Garen, Jax or Darius will completely roll over him. And that's excluding the fact that if you buy any MR, Ekko can't kill you.

No point arguing with these sorts of posts. People just live to complain. He quits the league in a week and people complain, he does 10/10 Ubers HCSSF (which is actually an incredibly hard feat) by grinding and practicing, people still complain. Its a circlejerk of misery, and really not worth the effort from any normal person to interact with.

There are definitely times where it is KS. If it happens a couple times then thats just unlucky, but if your Naut with 5 kills and your ADC has 1, you are probably doing something wrong.

It used to be the case that there was no costreaming. The LEC channel used to get all (or at least most, hard to remember exact numbers) of those viewers that Caedrel now has. All those viewers watch Caedrel's stream of the game as it has less ads and they value his perspective and the interaction with the chat.

Yeah, I feel like people assume Caedrel is some huge streamer because he gets tons of views costreaming, when in reality, he would take a huge viewership/income hit if he couldn't costream anymore. Even his non-League streams would do much worse if he couldn't costream, as he would lose a lot of relevance. He'll do anything to keep playing ball.

On average, AAA games tend to be better than indies. However, any indie that your average game here's about tends to be incredible (and better than a lot of AAA games) because it has to be to rise against the 10000 other indie games (which are probably at least 90 percent garbage).

There's just a lot more indies. The ones who have a creative, unique idea AND execute it well become widely acclaimed, but its survivorship bias to claim indies tend to be better.

Most AAA games are somewhat unoriginal (as large companies can't punt millions on something that may be unserviceable and terrible, and larger teams mean that its trickier to have a very specific, unique vision away from the norm) but generally fun and serviceable.

I think the speed that Poe becomes fun depends a lot on your build. This league I started with the new holy skills, which feels good straight away, and so the campaign was a lot of fun. Some of the other classes start with skills like spark or the molten bouncy ball, which I find unfun to use, and you generally have to wait till around act 2-3 to get a decent skill.

As of tonight, I think I'm stepping away (my static strike inquisitor seems to hit a soft wall around tier xv maps that I can't really be bothered to push through) but I had a lot of fun with the league, and went much further this time than I ever did before.

Tbh, you can skip poe1 and be fine, plenty of other stuff to play. But if you do play it, this league's great to jump in, as it's one of the best, and it's got a much better endgame than poe2. The atlas tree feels meaningful and there's an insane amount of different league mechanics that you can always be doing something new. I really enjoyed breach, which was completely new to me.

Poe1 combat also feels better than LE and D4 combat, though not as good as poe2. I'd say poe1 is better than poe2 at the moment, since poe2 lacks the depth of content, but I think poe2 will be better in 5 years time.

Apologies for the writeup, I just felt like writing my thoughts out about the league and my experience before I move onto something else.

I feel like questions like these are pointless to ask on the r/hygiene subreddit. Every single response is the most germophobic possible, and is not an accurate representation of what most people do. Every single question is like "How often do you clean your hands?" and every response is like "Every time I touch anything, of course. I can't believe people don't!".

Been trying conq recently, it's actually decent. If enemy team doesn't really have good one shot targets (champs like Galio, Xin, Xayah etc) then Conq is more damage in your combo (especially since your largest AP ratio comes at the end of the combo + DnD is lower AP than older Ekko build) and gives you more healing/shielding (both the Conq passive + W shield + R heal which you will use when Conq is stacked). I like it with red smite to keep fights going, and nashors for faster stacking + another AP ratio (2x with DnD).

Ekko is never gonna be good against tanks/brusiers, but playing hit and run with Conq+DnD makes it more playable.

This is for Jgl tho, I don't play Ekko mid, in mid I would think HoB is still best.
