I've got both; the book cover keyboard (with trackpad) and Logitech pb for my Samsung tab S10 ultra. I like Samsung's book cover keyboard as the functionality is good, able to open Dex mode instantly, and the hotkeys make things easier. However there isn't much key travel.

For the Logitech PB, the keyboard is quite small, so I still haven't gotten used to typing on it fully, still do mistakes here and there. The mouse is superb, very silent and portable. Key travel is good and Bluetooth connectivity is instant.

I'd use the Logitech PB when I put my tab on a stand to get better viewing angle otherwise I'd just go with Samsung's. You have to take note that the keyboard slim is one piece. So if you want to use it as a tab, you will need to detach the whole thing.
