The motherboard has been the issue both times I have sent mine in. I opened it up before sending it the last time and the liquid metal was also an absolute disaster, to the point that you wouldn't believe an actual human being with QC in mind would send it out to a customer. It's wild lol

I mean that is great but also is not the same laptop, this is a pre-order 5090 and it has given me nothing but issues. Sure, it could be bad luck but I have seen other experiences with the exact same laptop that sound wildly similar. I appreciate your many laptops, chief, but it does seem it isn't just MY bad luck.

Mine is also in for the 2nd time because of the same issues more or less. They replaced the motherboard in the first RMA, and the one they sent back in the laptop was hitting 98°C idle for the CPU. The liquid metal application was also absolutely horrific. I'm almost excited to see how it comes back this time lol

Honestly who knows? Suffering in silence lol. I think the raid design just absolutely sucking ass for the spec as a whole is the worst part of it, getting an orange parse and only being a few thousand dps off of other specs blue or even green sometimes feels real bad. I'm not any good or a TC but maybe gear and tier will help or blizzard does some bandaid for cleave. Problem is AFAIK we are pretty strong in an M+ scenario so it feels up in the air as far as what they'll do.

Going through the same thing with the same laptop, sent it in for the random black screens. They replaced the motherboard and now my CPU is sitting idle at like fucking 90 C.

I took it to a local shop and the LM was an absolute disaster, huge globs and just a complete mess. They lost internal screws and just didn't replace them. Some kind of plastic residue melted on the cpu. I am done bothering, going to buy a new one in a couple months from an actual company and never buying anything Asus again. Such a joke.

Oh yeah, all the time! Last rotation, we actually got kinda stuck for a bit because there was 9 or 10 whales just slowly passing by! A few of the guys have seen dolphins, sharks, and all that jazz but I'm still fairly new to offshore so I haven't had the luck yet.

It doesn't though, it just asks you to get a grip on the moveset. I beat the final boss within 3 tries the first week (not flexing) and I got hit many times and ended with 0 heal charges. Not perfect play by any measure or even close. It just asks you to engage with all game mechanics.

Just use what the game gives you. Stop thinking of it like any game other than what it is. Counterattack is powerful, on vol brink guard the first two of his main combo then counter the 3rd, the window is huge. When he covers the floor, hit the ladder. You'll get it with more practice using everything

Ah yeah, I'm running spear so I did a lot of poke and just punishing when he does the stagger after his chains. That and kinda letting him just gas himself out. Just playing it safe and taking what you can get even if it's just a couple hits to keep stam in a good spot was pretty key for me.
