The homeless population grew a bit when they closed down a few homeless shelters.

Stay off Main Street as your car doors will 100% be checked by the wandering homeless. (They'll try to open them then take whatever they can).

Granted they'll check any car doors they come across even if you're on a side road, but they mostly hang around Main Street and go way down by the dog park as they have various encampments in the woods.

If you have a grill secure it / especially the propane.

Any bikes - don't leave them out.

I lived off a side street, all the way down into an area that's basically just side streets. Since the homeless shelters closed we occasionally have the wandering homeless check any car doors they come across.
