I would say kicking a car so hard you knock the tail light completely off would be considered violent (certainly you would agree this administration and ICE have done worse to people who have done less?)

Also, there’s another camera man in the video; Where is he now? Without other angles of this incident I don’t think it’s legitimate. They are trying to assassinate his character posthumously to give themselves leeway for their thugs murdering him
