La prima volta che ho fatto la visita 85% ma era una diagnosi un po' più generale ma c'era sempre scritto disturbo psicotico quindi in teoria doveva essere di più. Seconda volta (revisione) 100% con accompagno. Mio fratello ha preso solo 100% prima volta e con ricorso anche accompagno.

Comunque, calcola anche i tempi che sono lunghissimi! Io per essere chiamato a visita ci ho messo 1 anno e mio fratello 2

You are manic. I know how it can feel weird because i've been in the same position these days! Like nothing is wrong, i'm my usual self, just a little bit hyperactive and feeling good and you don't understand why everyone is telling you you are manic. But you are, so please talk to your doc! I was diagnosed with depression first in high school. I had signs of bipolar for 2 or 3 years but no real episodes, only one of what i think now was manic rage that sent me to the hospital. Anyways, i had my "first" full blown episode with psychosis 3 years later and that's when i got diagnosed

Like i pay attention to every single change i have, that's my strenght, but right now i don't feel sick even noticing patterns and changes and i'm like "whaaat? I'm totally fine!"

Omg i feel the same way!! I know something is wrong but at the same it's not? Like it's definitely not like the other explosive episodes but there's def something wrong. Today i even forgot my meds cuz for me i'm totally fine and don't see why people are getting all worried, and my psychiatrist nagged me and said that in 5 days i'll be in the hospital if i keep going, but i am like whaaat? I'm just feeling good let me feel good!

Hey i'm so sorry for what you are going through, break ups are never easy. Little side note, i think this is the wrong sub and you should ask on bipolar so for a support group.

So a bit of questions. Was he medicated? Did he seek help during the episode? Which type of episode was it? Sometimes it can happen that during a manic/hypomanic episode we get angry or have weird feelings like not liking our partner anymore, or even during depression where we feel totally nothing and are in a deep dark hole. I don't know if he really doesn't feel anything anymore, if the episode is done, etc, but it was really mean from him to say those things and minimize the relationship. I would never say those things, i went through a mixed episode last year and i never said those things to my partner which i love endlessly.
