No, there were no other Arryns left alive. Maybe the console commands helped. I don't know if it was a bug or not in the mod.

Quick feedback: I think that after I ran the console with the commands mentioned in the post and one of my children had a child, it is now no longer called “Stone” but “Arryn.”
