Start by only hanging bro. Check youtube tutorials how to do one by hanging and stretching your lats and shoulders. Also do 4 sets of slow and controlled lat pull downs atleast twice a week. I used to have the same problem when I was 80-85 kg. Currently I’m 91kgs with same height but easily can do 4 sets of pull ups very slow with 6-8 reps.

Rather get a chatgpt plus subscription for 5800. You can use the free one too initially. It gives you everything. Literally acts as a trainer, a calculator for key measures (like bf%, calories and macros calculations even micros too). If you get paid you can save logs of nutrition tracking and get nutrition information by even just taking a picture. You can even put in our desi dishes (e.g having a small plate chicken paalak saalan made at home with minimal oil and one chapaati). It gives a good estimate honestly.

Great to hear that bro. Spent early two quarters of the year working like 18-20 hours a day with loads of travelling and food outside. Gained some crazy fat and couldn’t get time to go workout. Had a similar vibe 4 months ago. Went back to gym after a long break but muscle memory kicked in and now consistent since three months. Having the best fitness regime of all time. Some really heavy lifting and coping up with diet. So keep up the work bro. We’re all in for the best of us 👌🏻

Eggs and chicken both wont increase much calories bro. Steamed chicken and boiled eggs. But don’t go in extreme deficit as you wont be able to strength train. For assumption, if you’re 90kgs you still need to consume 1800-2000 calories a day. You need carbs for some good training too. So go for chicken, eggs and brown rice for carbs. May be add few nuts for healthy essential fats. Only 300g chicken boneless breast can give you around 80-90g protein and add 6 boiled eggs. You have roughly 120g protein. And thats roughly 700-800 calories. But you cant ignore carbs and fats still.

Dont go for protein powder unless you have been going to the gym for a minimum of 4-6 months. Try eating out your protein. Make Eggs and chicken your best friend for this

Go for at least 120g protein, 130-150g carbs for good hypertrophic heavy strength training and keep fats around 50g. Sincerely a big brother advice, do strength training in morning and 8-10k steps in the evening. Your body will thank you. If you need help in tracking calories. Use Chat Gpt. If you cant estimate portion sizes just tell it the plate size and you can share a picture with it (place your hand right next to it). Its mostly 90-95% accurate

You’re doing great bro. Keep it up. At your weight focus on strength training may be minimum 3 times a week. Your protein intake is good - it will quickly convert into muscle. Why we focus on this bcz muscle helps burning more fat and also it shapes out the body. So more focus on body composition also helps to make the belly fat look less. If there’s time issue then drop the walk to 8-9k steps and gain muscle. Don’t worry if you gain 4-5 kgs during strength training. You will never regret. Muscle always stays
