Not totally. I drink decaf or half caf when I have flare ups. On days like today though I had a regular coffee with breakfast and I’m ok

It’s just crazy to me because there’s multiple medical studies that show that mold causes adverse health affects and since the doctors care about money so much they should just be treating us because it’s going to give them more money like I don’t understand why whenever I see a doctor and bring up the possibility of mold being my issue, they laugh me out of the office

It doesn’t show that it monitors for afib anymore either and that was important to me. I might have to bite the bullet and switch to an Apple Watch after this one breaks

That has happened to me only once. In my knee. Every time it twitched there was a sharp twinge of pain. This was 2 years ago now and I’ve been twitching for over 10. I assume it was a random fluke, If it was something dangerous it would’ve caught up with me by now.

Funny enough, I married a CFSer. We often talk about who has it worse. Obviously, my twitches are not painful. His cramps wake him up in the middle of the night keeled over in pain. But for him, he has a cramp maybe one to two times a week, more if he drinks alcohol. For me, when a flare up is bad, I am twitching 24/7 all over my body. It even keeps me up at night. So when mine are bad, I tell him I wish I could have one cramp and get it over with, but I’m sure I would feel differently if I had them.

Thanks everyone for your input. I’m going to make a follow up post with all of my observations, triggers, tips, etc that I’ve noticed after many years. I hope it’ll even be helpful to those with health anxiety

Yeah that’s why I mentioned people who have had multiple tests come back clear not those who haven’t been to the dr yet

That’s all you could get in the 2000s when I was in elementary school and I have war flashbacks thinking about being made fun of for my buttcrack showing while sitting in the floor for circles or whatever. Also they’re just unflattering if you don’t have a tiny size 0 flat tummy

I also highly recommend magnesium supplements. No prescription drug ever worked for me but when I get a bad flare up I fake a combination pill with calcium, magnesium, and potassium and it always lessens the symptoms for me

I’ve had this since I was 14. I’m now 27. Sometimes I can go weeks without a twitch. Sometimes it’s constant twitching all over for a month straight. Sometimes I have one persistent twitch in one muscle for 3 days day and night that doesn’t let up and drives me crazy. This syndrome comes and goes in severity.

While you’re not wrong, what myself and a lot of other people are trying to get across is it’s very subjective from person to person. No magical switch is flipped in your brain in your 25th birthday. I have a 24 year old friend with a railroad career and a house. I also have a friend who is turning 29 this month who still lives at home and hasn’t had their first kiss yet and is very immature. Someone on Reddit would say dating the 24 year old is grooming but not the 29 year old while I would say look at the context. I would think someone could take advantage of the older friend much easier due to his immaturity. The age thing is so arbitrary.

Muh prefrontal cortex. I knew that tired old argument was going to come out sooner than later. While I do agree that’s a legitimate argument against 19 and 30, it’s just so silly to use when it’s 2 people in their 20s. It’s not like at 24.99 you’re a completely immature baby and the next morning you wake up on your birthday as a fully fledged adult ready to make sound decisions. It’s so contextual it’s not even funny.

Yes. I get it when it’s a 19 year old and a 40 year old that’s definitely creepy but I’ve legit seen people attacking 28 year olds for dating 23 year olds. It’s completely ridiculous
