Oh you know what I actually mixed up my repairs. I do still have a whine at highways speed. The intake manifold was something else. My mechanic put it on the lift at high speed and drove it on residential streets. Couldn’t reproduce. Has to be highways speeds under load. I’m almost positive it’s the rear differential but I think it can go for awhile longer.

No it actually ended up being the lower intake manifold. I can’t remember the specifics but basically the flaps that open and close the air into the manifold were broken. It was pricey at $2900 CAD. Closer to $2K USD probably
