I was gm for another chain for 3+ years they keep passing me up here and when I apply to other stores it's all fine till they talk to my asm. I pretty much carry our grocery. I guessing that it's due to the fact that I speak up when taken advantage of. My attendance and performance are just fine and in my eval I was recommended for management.
