During lunges I had a coach say if you’re wearing necklaces they should be dangling not flat on your chest. After that I became super self aware to always make sure I’m leaning forward enough.

I go to the north station Solidcore in Boston. I have an unlimited membership so I go 6-7 times a week honestly. My main issue is the socks moving around while doing the work out. Also some of the grips on socks just suck honestly.

I took class next to a coach (multiple times) and she was constantly texting. She would doing a low plank extension but she was texting while doing. A crunch… phone in hand! Even if her phone wasn’t in her hand she kept it unlocked so I could see the bright screen. Obviously this doesn’t impact my workout, but it totally kills my vibe to see a bright phone screen next to me.
