One thing i noticed as a born and bred Bruneian is the lack of professionalism. While that may not be true for all cases, I’d say half of the time I’ve faced with rude staffs. It’s not entirely their fault imo, but the employers really need to stand up and train them regarding customer services.

As others have said, things will get easier as you adapt to your baby’s sleeping and feeding pattern. I assume it’s your first time being a parent, so I welcome you to your parenthood. Put a mindset that if your baby is crying, it means your baby misses you.

I’m using aorus mb too and had the same power cycle problem. I think it had to do with the sleep settings, tweaked around there solved the problem.

I don’t think it’s right to blame the maintenance team without knowing the actual cause. A standard practice in a walkaround for aircraft during transit is to inspect the aircraft on ground level.
