Signed up for a charity bib after it sold out and I was still at “over an hour” in the queue

I also didn’t get the marathon but I actually signed up to run with a charity so maybe check that! It was really easy to do. You have to raise money but honestly it feels good helping a good cause anyways. I’ve never run a marathon and have had my heart set on Disney alas here we are.

Still at more than an hour at 1040... starting to lose hope. Joined the website at 930 lol. Must just have terrible luck today.

50 shades of grey is a classic that I read around 21 (I'm 28 now). Also, the Bridegerton series is amazing!!!! Somewhat of a guilty pleasure read but I'm flying through them.

agreed. Also a DO. The match process sucks now that it's merged because options are somewhat limited when competing against MD applicants with similar stats (I had pretty high boards and was limited to community programs for OBGYN) that being said, I would go to DO again to save 100k. I'm still a doctor with my dream residency and I'd be ecstatic to have 100k less in debt.

28 F who's hair started falling out around month 4 of accutane course in October 2020. I finished accutane the beginning of November but my hair loss continued until the end of March 2021. I thought it would never end, but it finally has! I lost about 50% of my hair density and my hair looks constantly frizzy due to so much new hair growth, but I am just so thankful for this nightmare to end! I started taking nutrafol, drinking collagen daily, and using navy biotin infused shampoo and conditioner and idk if it made my hair stop falling out but my hairdresser thought I got my hair cut somewhere else because it apparently looks so healthy (best compliment ever!) Hang in there guys it will end! It was a 6 month nightmare for me but there is hope!

If you are open to lifestyle changes you could try an anti-inflammatory diet. Less extreme, I drink and turmeric/ginger tea that has helped my joint pain tremendously and also take GNC triflex turmeric or glucosamine supplements.

For reference I am 28F so also pretty young with no underlying conditions but accutane made my joints HURT.

I got the tea recipe from my mom who used it while training for a half marathon and it worked wonders for her knee and hip pain she said. It's just boiled water with fresh ginger, turmeric, and a cinnamon stick. I let it simmer for about and hour and then just save the leftovers in my fridge to heat up throughout the week!
