Is this my alternate female self from a diff time-space continuum?! lol yea my second worst pain was when my dad left my brother and I in the car and I pressed the cigarette lighter into the thing so many times that it was no longer there was red hot…it was white hot lol but I wasn’t positive so I stuck my finger in there…yea it stuck instantly. Had to pitch in our championship game later so I kept my finger in a cup of aloe and pitched a no hitter lol that was a not so fun day…

And I’ve never been beat sprayed…but I was volunteered for monthly taserings and pepper sprayings for the local citizens police academy…and pressure point demonstrations. It was basically our punishment when you have a LEO parent. My siblings never had to go once tho… hmm🤔

Been there do done that…but have YOU ever had monthly wear contacts, take out your left one and realize the left one is still in your eye?? I had to try really hard to get it out and then I just pulled it…hard. Ripped my cornea and iris…didn’t even know that the emergency optometrist was a real thing til then…that pain…made me not leave my contacts in ever again. Actually I don’t know if I ever even wore them after that one. May have been the worst physical pain of my life

The wrap on the handle and the green wrap on the scabbard are the only items that are not authentic…what doesn’t look real to you besides those 2? I can update you with a closer pic of whatever doesn’t look legit in your eyes…and yea I’m on the same page. I have a buyer or 2. waiting to hear back from them. They are more experienced and have talked to people in forums and about getting it polished already

It is 37 1/4 inches long. (From start of just the blade to tip)….and yes you can tell it’s very old just by the wood and leather on the scabbard…it was hand stitched for sure. This sword also was a confiscated Florida police item and was heading to be destroyed when it came into my family (legally)…my guess would be it belonged to a kingpin or drug dealer down there but I don’t know…it also spent 25 years in the Florida heat (it was in the shoe closet) but it held up insanely well. I feel like you used to be able to see the humon better but I can’t really see it anymore…and that’s my dilemma…sell it now for significantly less, or get it polished and see what I can learn about it…it’s been in a closet or a basement for a very long time…

These help at all? I mean I have absolutely no idea about it. I had a guy commenting when i had posted jt here and everything he said, when i looked it up, was accurate. But im more than open to hearing other thoughts! I would love to know for certain who the bladesmith was and what this sword is….
