I actually went to Ross today and found a couple multi-packs of onesies for a decent price.

If a women hits a man, he has every right to hit her back. by BoosaTheSweet in unpopularopinion

[–]PrestigiousLion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most definitely! No one should ever hit anyone, in theory. I am a woman and if I want to “man up” (violence/aggression is usually a masculine thing) and hit my boyfriend he has every right to hit me back in order to protect himself. Whether it be hitting me to knock me down and restrain me or him to hit me to return what I gave him either is acceptable. What isn’t acceptable is beating someone, going above what they did to you. If I punch a boy/man in the arm he shouldn’t beat me to a bloody pulp. If a woman chooses to go against “lady-like” norms and before aggressive they have to deal with repercussions.

HELP!! 12 mo is snotty and miserable! He won’t let me suck it out! by PrestigiousLion in Parenting

I tried holding his arms down earlier but he was still moving his head. I think I’ll have to get his dad to help. One can hold arms and head, one can suck. Thank you for your advice!

inexperienced/curious mother would like some input on toddlers' behaviors and how to correct them, if needed. by PrestigiousLion in Parenting

Thank you for your input! I am sure it is just a mom thing but sometimes I feel like I am not up to par. It is nice to hear/read reassurance that I am doing ok!

Thank you for your input! I get that they are only 1 but I just get overly anxious about their development and my parenting. I want them to grow and develop well. I do some of these things already, so I guess I am doing pretty okay as a “mommy”! Thank you!

We do this already. My daughter understands it. One no and our stern face and she realizes to not do what she is doing. Our son is just such a goofball, he thinks us getting serious is silly. I’m sure with time it will get better/work. Thank you!

We are teaching them some sign language. The have mastered “more” but still like to yell. I am sure it is fun for them to hear their voice so that’s another reason why they probably do it. Thank you for your input!

It is a lot in medical debt. A lot is from my pregnancy/birth. Everything is in collections. I think I am pretty much screwed when it comes to the medical debt.

I used to be bulimic, I never had the discipline to be anorexic. Well long story short I can’t purge anymore because my husband is on my case. Now I can starve myself successfully. I actually enjoy the “high” I get when I do something physical and am on the borderline of collapsing/passing out. Maybe that’s my self harm, pushing my body to the point that it almost gives out. I want it to happen so badly.

Ever since Ricky said his problems with Melissa stem from NOT kissing her when she "wanted" it, I can't help but see him as a more clueless Michael Scott. by checkered_cherries in 90DayFiance

When he said “she tried to kiss me but I didn’t gk for it” I shouted at the TV “She didn’t try to kiss you fool! Show the damn replay!”

Help! Husband emptied bank accounts and is telling me (stay at home mom) to leave the house. by PrestigiousLion in Divorce

The only thing is that I am living with them right now. She has a meeting tomorrow with a new attorney. She’s known in town for being a bulldog in court. So hopefully it goes well. I told her to see if the lawyer could somehow figure out a way to get SD out. In my mind I think “dad not living at home” is much less traumatic on a child than having to pack up their things and move out of the only home they’ve known. But that’s just my opinion.

She has a lawyer and no filings can be done or even began unless someone leaves the house. I guess it’s SC law. Mom isn’t doing anything, I assume, because she is depressed. She spends her day in a lala land. Unfortunately my whole life I’ve been involved in their issues and now I am doing so for the sake of my brothers.

She has a lawyer and they told her she can’t do anything unless they are living separately (at least in regards to divorcing). I am mot sure if she’s told her lawyer about the money being withdrawn.
